Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the financial terms for transactions on Epet.ae. It applies to all business customers and distributors purchasing via our platform.
1. Scope & Currency
All prices shown on www.Epet.ae are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are exclusive of 5% UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) unless explicitly stated otherwise. The final total, including VAT and any other charges, will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
2. VAT / Taxes
A 5% UAE VAT is applicable to all orders delivered within the United Arab Emirates. This tax will be calculated and added to your order total during checkout.
3. Minimum Order Amount
To ensure efficient delivery, a minimum order value of AED 100 is required for shipment. Orders below this amount will not be processed for delivery. Self-pickup options are not currently available.
4. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer secure and convenient payment options for our business customers:

Online Card Payments: We accept all major credit and debit cards securely processed through our payment gateway partner, PayTabs.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment in cash is available at the time of delivery for eligible orders.
Important Security Note: All card payments are processed by PayTabs in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Epet.ae does not store or handle your complete card details on our servers.
5. Payment Timing & Order Confirmation

Prepaid Orders: Payment for online orders is required in full at the time of checkout, unless formal credit terms have been established and agreed upon in writing.

Cash on Delivery: For COD orders, full payment must be made in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of goods. We reserve the right to withhold delivery if payment is not rendered.

Order Processing: An order is officially confirmed and enters our processing system only after we receive full payment or formal approval of credit terms.
6. Credit Terms for Trade Customers
Credit terms are offered at the sole discretion of Epet.ae based on a credit assessment and a history of reliable trading. Eligibility is typically extended to established trade partners after an evaluation period.
New accounts and general trading companies are not automatically eligible. All credit terms (including credit limit and payment period) must be formally agreed upon in a written contract.
7. Invoicing
A detailed tax invoice/receipt will be issued for every paid order, providing a breakdown of product costs, VAT, shipping fees, and any other applicable charges.
8. Refunds
Refunds for returns or order cancellations approved under our Return Policy will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The processing time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card company.
9. Failed Payments & Declined Transactions
If your payment fails or is declined by your bank, we will notify you. We reserve the right to cancel the order after a reasonable period if the payment issue is not resolved. Please contact us promptly to arrange an alternative payment method.
10. Transaction Fees
Customers are responsible for any bank transfer fees or currency conversion charges imposed by their financial institution. Any specific service fees (e.g., COD handling fee) will be clearly communicated during checkout or detailed on the invoice.
11. Data Security
Your payment security is our priority. Payment card information is encrypted and processed directly by PayTabs. We do not have access to your full card data. For more information on PayTabs' security measures, please visit www.paytabs.com.
12. Discounts & Promotional Pricing
All discounted pricing, special offers, or promotional terms for trade customers must be pre-approved in writing by Epet.ae management. Applying unauthorized discounts may result in order cancellation.
